How does it work?

We use an online questionnaire to survey a cross-section of music purchasers about the twenty or more qualitative attributes that define your artist. Typical attributes might include vocal quality, originality, personality, meaningfulness of lyrics and sex appeal. We then establish the salience of each attribute to different consumer groups. A comparison of the results exposes the strengths and weaknesses within an artist’s current positioning.

We then measure how the target market perceives the artist’s music. When we include unreleased music, Artist Profiler becomes strongly predictive enabling you to gauge how your artist or product will be perceived by consumers in the future. Any artist can benefit from Artist Profiler.
